A sizing chart will be provided by the Band for consultation. Sizes provided at the time of registration are<strong> <u>FINAL<\/u><\/strong> unless an official request for size change is made before March 1<sup>st<\/sup> (the start of production) or the closing of a section. This can be done via the \u201cMy Orders\u201d page of the primary holder\u2019s account.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00a0Upon collection, the buyer must present the following:<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: center;\"><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A copy of the buyer&#8217;s identification<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A confirmation email of the buyer set as an authorized collector on the costume order. The name and signature on the identification form must match those on record.<\/em><\/span><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: center;\"><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">THIRD-PARTY OR RESALE DISCLAIMERS:<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Fuzion Mas <strong>does not<\/strong> take any responsibility for any third-party sales. All costumes must be collected during this period unless other arrangements were made and approved by the Band. Revellers who are unable to collect costumes between July 14th-17th must notify the band at <a style=\"color: #ffffff;\" href=\"mailto:customercare@fuzionmas.com\">customercare@fuzionmas.com<\/a> BEFORE<strong> Monday, July 13th, 2026<\/strong>. Persons collecting costumes must present a valid form of identification.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><b><i>APPOINTMENTS FOR COSTUME COLLECTION<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Costume collections will be done via appointments <strong>ONLY<\/strong>. Appointments can be scheduled by downloading the Fuzion Mas app, available on both Apple App and Google Play stores. Only users who are registered members in the band will be able to access the app\u2019s features. Appointment slots on the app will become available closer to the carnival season. Any issues with scheduling an appointment can be communicated via <a style=\"color: #ffffff;\" href=\"mailto:customercare@fuzionmas.com\">customercare@fuzionmas.com<\/a>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">For revellers who are unable to physically collect costumes, delivery may also be requested via the Fuzion Mas App. All delivery requests will have a fee of $25USD minimum. Delivery fees are subject to change depending on the location.<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><b><i>THIRD PARTY COLLECTIONS<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">If someone is collecting your costume on your behalf the following is required:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Your appointment confirmation from the Fuzion Mas App.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A copy of a National Identification card\/Driver\u2019s License\/Passport belonging to the reveller. No exceptions.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A copy of the collectors\u2019 own valid National Identification card\/Driver\u2019s License\/Passport.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">A confirmation email of the third party being set as an \u201cAuthorized Collector\u201d on the order.
